1 whole egg + 2 egg whites + some milk (scrambled)
fried w/
frozen veggies
some salt and peppah & voila!

and to wash it down: some yummy pomegranite/blueberry/acai flavored green tea!
ok- i will tumblr/fitblr binge AFTER i eat my egg whites.
blueberries & lemon water were great to come back to after my workout.
